Sign a petition
One thing that you can do which is easy and will take seconds to complete is to sign an online petition. This is representative of the country's thoughts, feelings and morals. All you have to do is fill in the boxes and submit it, it really couldn't be easier! After you've done this, if you feel like helping even further, you can share the on some of your favourite social networking sites or email it to people and get your family, friends and acquaintances to sign it too. The good thing about the website below is that they don't spam your email inbox and they always have petitions on current affairs so you can express your feelings on any issue.

There is also a new petition set up by Dr Brian May on the HM Government website. If this can get 100,000 signatures then the issue must be debated by the government. Here is the link: http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/38257
Write to your local MP, or any MP for that matter
Something that takes maybe a little bit more time than signing a petition, but will make just as much impact, is writing or emailing an MP. We say any MP because although it may be useful to write to your own MP and make them aware of the problems with the cull, it is equally as important to 'badger on' at the MP for the area in which it is happening. The pilot cull is going to be happening in West Somerset and West Gloucestershire, so we've compiled a list of MP names and constituencies with email addresses so that you can email them a plea to stop the cull and to step forward. We ask that you start by emailing your own MP if you have the time, and then possibly one or as many as you can from this list. We have added a link at the top of the MP's contact details page so that you can quickly find your own MP, but if you would prefer to just email one from the list then we have provided these details too. We have also compiled a ready made email template, that you can either copy and paste, add your name to and the MP's name, or you can edit to make it more personal, or you could just write an email yourself, although this may be more time consuming, but any help is much appreciated.
Publicise this website!!
Another thing that you can do is publicise this website. You can do this through word of mouth, email or social networking as a few examples. We have a Facebook page and a Twitter account, which can both be found at the very top of this page. Any publicity is good publicity, but remember, we're not the only useful site.
